The Violand Executive Summit

Unleash Peak Performance

Your business grows at the pace that you grow as a business leader, and that your managers grow as executives. Since 2005 Violand Management has partnered with Kent State University to develop the only accredited, college-level curriculum specifically for the Restoration and Cleaning industry for developing leadership and management skills.

Our faculty of professors from Kent State University, experts from the Restoration and Cleaning industry, and nationally recognized experts on sales, negotiation, family business and other leadership topics ensure a learning experience found nowhere else. The Executive Summit is an unprecedented opportunity for you and your key employees to take advantage of hard-hitting, professionally developed management and leadership training.

Former GE chairman, Jack Welch said it best when he commented “The team with the best players wins. My main job was developing talent. I was a gardener providing water and other nourishment to our top people.” If you’re ready to grow your people and pursue the extraordinary, if you want to be one of the few who will reach new heights with their business, the Executive Summit is where you want to be.

This event includes:

  • two intensive sessions (one session each day) designed to provide you with tools you can use immediately to improve your business.
  • a networking forum with all members—informal get-togethers to share best practices or to have deeper discussions with other industry owners who play to win.

Curriculum

Courses at Violand’s Executive Summit are divided into two categories: required and elective. There are no prerequisites, so you can register for any of the courses in any order.
