1. Registration begins August 1. Registration ends September 23, or sooner, as each class becomes filled.
2. The Business Planning Retreat Fee is US$1,295 (up to 4 people from the same company may attend).
3. The retreat fee can be paid by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover.

5. To allow time for one-on-one attention, class size is limited at each location. Registrations are confirmed in the order received.
The emphasis of the Tucson retreat is on the specific challenges faced by larger companies (i.e., $1 million or more in sales). While companies doing less than $1 million are welcome to attend the Tucson retreat, they will find that some of the discussion does not apply to them and that the Canton retreat would be more relevant.
6. Program materials will be sent to the primary attendee on September 24, 2008, after your full payment has been received.
Materials consist of a CD-ROM containing Microsoft® Word and Excel files. You will need to load these files onto the computer you will be using at the Retreat.
7. Cancellations received before program materials are mailed will be refunded, minus a US$25 registration service charge. After that, cancellations are subject to the entire retreat fee, which you may apply toward an alternate 2008 Retreat date or a personal on-site visit. No-shows are not refundable.
8. Continental breakfast is provided each day.
9. If lodging is required, make reservations directly with the selected hotel, where we have negotiated a special rate for Violand Retreat attendees. Retreat fee does not cover this cost.
