Registration begins March 19, 2008. Registration ends May 19, or sooner, as classes become filled.

Tuition for the Executive Summit is as follows:

• Non-client: US$1,195 for the first attendee; US$795 for each additional attendee from the same company.
  
  
• Client: US$350 for the first two attendees; US$795 for each additional attendee from the same company.

Tuition is due in full upon registration and can be paid by check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover. (Make checks payable to Violand Management Associates.)

The fee covers classes for both days, class materials, follow-up teleconferences , continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and beverages. Heavy hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar are provided at the welcome reception Thursday night. (Dinners, lodging, and transportation are on your own.)

• Online: For the best chance of getting the courses you want, you are encouraged to register online.

Class sizes are limited. Registrations are confirmed in the order received. By registering online, you can receive immediate notification regarding availability of classes.

Dress code is business casual (e.g., twill pants and shirts with collars). No shorts, T-shirts, or denim.

If an attendee wishes to withdraw, their tuition less a 10% cancellation fee will be refunded if withdrawal is completed on or before May 19, 2008. After May 19, 50% of the tuition will be refunded. You may substitute participants at no charge if the substitution is made on or before May 19, 2008, or for a US$50 administrative fee per substitution after May 19. Changes in classes cannot be made. If lodging is required, make reservations directly with one of the selected hotels where we have negotiated a special rate for Violand Summit attendees. Tuition does not cover this cost.
